a bird in the oven

We've made an early start here at the Taylor home. With our side job of cat-sitting and dog-walking, we have to be organized if we want to fully partake in overindulgence of Thanksgiving Day food.

We are targeting an intake time of 2pm.

Here's our turkey breast -- somewhere between 6 and 8 pounds, according to my order at Whole Foods -- ready for the oven:
