"grand" old party

I'm not sure how to take this news from Michigan that the Republicans are trying to prevent people whose homes have been foreclosed from voting. I'd like to believe the GOP is running scared and must stoop to this level to steal the election. And yet, they used dirty tricks in 2000 and 2004, so it's more likely this is just part of the game for them. The Democrats need to get more underhanded and nasty instead of whining all the time.
