Now that the Cleveland Browns are done for the season and my fantasy league has finished (I came in 2nd place), to me the football season is over. Sure, I'll be rooting for certain teams to win (Go Packers!) or lose (Steelers suck!), but really my heart's no longer in it.
That said, it's kinda unbelievable that my home team had a solid winning season. My apologies to Richard because I griped a lot about the Browns this year, even as they were winning games. Compared with other teams, they need to improve quite a bit. But they did finish the year at 10-6, so for that I'm very grateful.
Here's to next season ... and that's only 7 months away!
